Hi, I’m Leslie, a Colorado native, mother, entrepreneur, artist, and award-winning garden designer. For 25 years, I’ve owned and operated Stonegate Garden, a successful landscape company that reflects my passion for creating beautiful, soulful spaces.
When I travel, I seek out flats that offer walkability and easy access to city amenities. Places where I can explore on foot and soak in the local vibe.
Lovingly renovated by me, this 1890 flat blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring tall ceilings, an open loft design, and all the amenities that make for a stylish, cozy stay.

Leslie’s place was so great. The fenced in back and front yard made our stay so easy with our dog. Location was perfect. Tucked away on a private corner. And the parking spot was a huge bonus. Safe and enjoyable walk to the main area of RiNo. Hot tub was so nice and the back patio is so cute. The whole apartment was so clean and tidy! And loved the extra little details that made our stay even easier like dog leash + bowls, coffee + laundry detergent pods. Leslie was so responsive and helpful. Will definitely be booking this place again!

The space features a queen bed in the open loft-style main area and a murphy bed in a private back room with a door. This authentic artist loft design comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Dogs are welcome for $20 per night (up to 60 lbs, max 2). All other amenities including hot tub, parking, and WiFi are included.
